Mobile Roses

I made 92 roses for the launch at Malkasten during my train journey from Düsseldorf to Berlin. The roses attracted increasing attention as the pile grew bigger. Walking through the station caused on-lookers to do doubletakes and make long stares. I found a magazine in the station's newsagent called Rosen Faszination: Das Magazin für den Rosenliebhaber. I just had to buy it. €4.90 didn't seem too much. In my hotel finally someone spoke to me about the roses. The young woman at reception who checked me in was enthralled. When she discovered they were made of felt, she became even more animated.
